Thank you for your interest in our company. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and handle your personal information confidentially and in accordance with legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are obligated to inform you about the purpose of collecting your data and how it is processed.

We collect, process, and use personal data of users only in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. This means that user data is only used if there is a legal basis or if consent has been given.
We implement organizational, contractual, and technical security measures in accordance with current technology to ensure that data protection laws are followed and to protect the data we manage against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access.
 
3. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data

The personal data of users is used for providing our website and the associated services, service offerings, and user functions.
We may disclose data to third parties if this is based on consent or is legally permitted to fulfill our contractual obligations to users.
When contacting us, the information provided is stored for the purpose of processing the request and for potential follow-up questions.
Personal data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary or if there are no legal retention obligations preventing its deletion.

a) When Visiting the Website
You can generally use our website without disclosing your identity.
We collect data on each access to the server hosting this offer (so-called server log files). Access data includes the name of the retrieved website, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, success message, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider.

b) When Using Our Contact Form
For any inquiries, we offer you the opportunity to contact us through a form provided on our website. Providing a valid email address is required so we know who the request is from and can respond. Additional information can be provided voluntarily. It is up to you to decide whether you want to enter this data in the contact form.
Data processing for contacting us is carried out based on Article Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR, according to your voluntarily given consent.
The personal data collected through the contact form will be automatically deleted after your request has been processed.
 
c) Registration on Our Website
You can register on our website to use additional features. The data entered during registration is used solely for the purpose of using the specific service or offer you registered for. Mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise, we will reject the registration.
For important changes, such as changes in the scope of the offer or technically necessary changes, we use the email address provided during registration to inform you.
The processing of data entered during registration is based on your (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an informal email. The lawfulness of data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
Data collected during registration will be stored as long as you are registered on our website and will be deleted afterward. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

d) For Orders and Bookings on Our Website
You can place orders/bookings on our website either as a guest without registering or by registering as a customer for future orders/bookings. Registration allows you to log in to our shop with your email address and password for future orders/bookings without having to re-enter your contact details.
Your personal data is entered into an input form and transmitted to us for storage. When placing an order/booking on our website, we collect the following data in both cases (guest order and registered customer):

A valid email address

Phone number (landline and/or mobile)

Data processing is based on your order/booking and/or registration and is necessary for the proper processing of your order/booking and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations under the purchase contract, in accordance with Article 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR

Personal data collected for processing your order will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period and then deleted, unless we are obligated to store it longer under Article 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB, or AO) or if you have consented to longer storage under Article 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR.
 
5. Use of Cookies

We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not damage your device and do not contain viruses, trojans, or other malicious software.

7. Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits to us. This information includes:

These data are not combined with other data sources.

8. Analytics and Tracking Tools

The tracking measures listed below, which we use, are carried out based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. These tracking measures are intended to ensure the demand-oriented design and continuous optimization of our website. Additionally, we use tracking measures to statistically record and evaluate the use of our website to optimize our services for you. These interests are considered legitimate under the aforementioned provision.

a) Google Analytics
To ensure the demand-oriented design and continuous optimization of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as «Google»). b) Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
To statistically record and evaluate the use of our website and to optimize our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. Google AdWords sets a cookie (see Section 5) on your computer if you have arrived at our website via a Google ad.

These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the AdWords customer’s website and the cookie has not expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across AdWords customer websites. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. AdWords customers are informed about the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that could identify users personally.

You can withdraw your consent to the storage of data, the email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example, via the ‚unsubscribe‘ link in the newsletter. The lawfulness of any data processing that has already occurred remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

The data you provided for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you cancel the subscription. Data stored for other purposes with us (e.g., email addresses for a members‘ area) remain unaffected.
 
10. Social Media Plugins

We use social media plugins on our website based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR to enhance the visibility of our company. The commercial purpose behind this is considered a legitimate interest under GDPR. The responsibility for ensuring compliant data processing lies with the respective providers.

a) Facebook

Our website integrates social media plugins from Facebook, such as the «LIKE» or «SHARE» button. This is provided by Facebook.

When you visit a page on our site that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with Facebook’s servers. The content of the plugin is directly sent by Facebook to your browser and embedded into our site.

By embedding the plugins, Facebook is informed that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged in. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can directly associate your visit to our site with your Facebook account. This information may be published on Facebook for everyone to see.

We use YouTube’s «enhanced privacy mode» option.

When you visit a page with an embedded video, a connection is established to YouTube’s servers, and the content is displayed by notifying your browser.

According to YouTube, the «enhanced privacy mode» ensures that only data about which of our pages you visited is transmitted to YouTube’s server when watching the video.
